Your responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring of truck fleet tests in cooperation with freight forwarders and workshops
- Preparation of trucks for fleet testing in workshops in Germany and across Europe
- Regular preparation of status reports on fleet tests
- Evaluation and measurement of engines, transmissions and rear axles at our site and in workshops
- Documentation of fleet tests and preparation of evaluation and measurement reports in German and English
Your profile
- State-certified technician training in the field of automotive engineering/automotive mechatronics or master craftsman (possibly also automotive mechanic with several years of professional experience)
- Good knowledge in the field of engine technology
- Ideally experience in engine/transmission repair
- Good English skills
- Good PC skills (MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Photoshop)
- Willingness to travel (short stays/approx. 30%)
- Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
In the “Chemical-Physical Laboratories” team, extensive analyses of fresh and used oils for engine, transmission and industrial oils as well as greases and fuels are carried out. Become part of the team to sustainably reduce consumption and thus emissions.
Your responsibilities
- Performing chemical-physical analyses
- Test responsibility for individual test procedures
- Maintenance and calibration of selected measuring instruments
- Documentation of measurement results in LIMS
Your profile
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or CTA
- Ability to work in a concentrated and careful manner
- Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
In the “Test Engineering and Operations – Battery Test Center” team, you operate test facilities, the associated infrastructure and develop special tests according to customer specifications.
Your responsibilities
- Deputy of the Head of Test Engineering & Operations of the Battery Test Center
- Project planning and procurement of automated test bench systems
- Selection, configuration, programming as well as maintenance and repair of complex measurement, control and regulation technology
- Planning and development of special test facilities according to customer specifications
- Optimisation, operation and maintenance of test field infrastructure such as cyclers, refrigeration, HVAC systems, fire alarm technology and extinguishing systems
- Implementation of new construction and renovation projects in the field of electrical and building services infrastructure
- Carrying out recurring inspections of safety equipment
- Design and optimisation of control concepts
- Preparation of documentation and operating instructions
- Technical support for special tests
- Working on high-voltage systems (Level 3E)
Your profile
- Completed university/university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering, alternatively technician in electrical engineering
- Preferably with knowledge from the automotive sector and several years of professional experience
- Very good PC and MS Office skills
- Design with CAD – (Solid Works)
- Programming skills (Simatic / Beckhoff / B+R)
- Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
Your responsibilities
- Work in our workshop and on our test benches
- Preparation of engines and vehicles (all brands) in the workshop
- Assembly and disassembly of engines on engine test benches and vehicles on chassis dynamometers
- Technical support for engine and chassis dynamometer test runs
Your profile
- Completed training as an automotive/agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, or comparable training
- Willingness to work shifts at times is desirable
- Ability to work in a concentrated and careful manner
- Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
